构建“爱众亲仁”的民政职业道德内容体系,具体体现为“以民为本,以情为民,以苦为荣,以助为乐,以实为上”。实施过程中,在注重两课教学、注重校园文化建设、抓好师德教风建设等常规手段的基础上,应考虑将职业道德教育与民政理论教学相结合、与职业实践相结合。同时,创建职业道德教育的保障体系是提高民政职业道德教育的实效、完成德育目标的有效手段。
Constructing a Content System of Civilian Occupational Ethics for All Love, embodying “people-oriented, love for the people, proudness for hardship, helping others for pleasure, and solid as a foundation.” In the process of implementation, on the basis of paying attention to the teaching of two courses, focusing on the construction of campus culture and doing a good job of building the teaching ethics of teachers, we should consider the combination of professional ethics education and teaching of civil administration theory and the combination of professional practice. At the same time, creating a safeguard system of professional ethics education is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of civil ethics education and accomplish the goal of moral education.
