1939年二三月间,一二九师政委邓小平到冀南一分区(包括束鹿、晋县、藁城、栾城、赵县、宁晋)视察抗日斗争情况,在宁晋县浩固村召集了分区的党、政、军、群领导和机关的党员干部大会,传达了党的六届六中全会精神,并对分区的抗日斗争作了全面指示。我当时在专署任科员,有幸聆听了小平同志的讲话。
