本文报道,高脂食前后的血浆弹性蛋白酶(elastase,E)水平的差异取决于年龄:≥65岁被研究者E水平的这一差异最大,65~70岁以上者差异明显缩小。业已证明,血浆E空腹水平高的65~75岁老年人活到90~100岁的可能较小;测定高脂食后血浆E的增加量可作为判断个体生存能力的一项指标。
This article reports that the difference in the level of elastase (E) between before and after high-fat diet depends on the age: 65 years of age, the highest level of E researchers, the difference was significantly reduced 65 to 70 years of age. It has been demonstrated that elderly 65-75 years old with high fasting plasma E may be less likely to live between the ages of 90 and 100 years. Measuring the increase in plasma E after high-fat diet may be used as an indicator of individual viability.
