马克思主义是一个完整的体系。从法学的视角理解马克思主义,马克思主义中国化在法学上的指导作用,具体可以表现为根据实事求是的精神,应该理解为根据中国的国情,在我们引进外国法律的时候结合中国自身的特色而制定法律。
Marxism is a complete system. To understand Marxism from the perspective of jurisprudence, the guiding role of Marxism in the jurisprudence in China can be embodied in the spirit of seeking truth from facts and should be understood as formulated according to China’s own national conditions and based on China’s own characteristics when introducing foreign laws legal.
