目的了解金坛市化工行业苯以及苯同系物接触对职工健康的影响。方法根据有关法规、技术规范对金坛市某化工企业工作场所中的苯以及苯同系物含量进行监测,并对接触苯及苯同系物≥1 a的职工进行职业健康检查,检测血液中WBC、PLT及其他常规项目,并对结果进行分析。结果46名职工白细胞计数低于4.0×109/L的检出4人,占总人数的8.70%;血小板计数低于100×109/L的检出5人,占总人数的10.87%。结论该化工企业接触苯及苯同系物的工人WBC及PLT计数异常率较高,该化工企业的职业性危害情况按照《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的相关标准要求尚有一定的差距,需进一步加强宣传和贯彻落实职业病防治工作。
Objective To understand the impact of benzene and benzene homologue exposure on the health of workers in Jintan chemical industry. Methods The benzene and benzene homologues in the workplace of a chemical enterprise in Jintan were monitored in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and technical specifications. Occupational health examinations were carried out for workers who were exposed to benzene and benzene homologues ≥1 a, and the blood WBC, PLT and other routine projects, and analyze the results. Results 46 workers with a white blood cell count of less than 4.0 × 109 / L detected 4 people, accounting for 8.70% of the total number; platelet count less than 100 × 109 / L were detected in 5, accounting for 10.87% of the total number. Conclusion The abnormal rate of WBC and PLT count of workers exposed to benzene and benzene homologues in this chemical enterprise is relatively high. The occupational hazards of this chemical enterprise still have a certain gap in accordance with the relevant standards of “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases” We will step up publicity and implement the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
