1991年5月,中央党校科研部在综合各个学科专家意见的基础上,发出了申报课题的通知。教研人员申报十分踊跃,全校共申报了77个课题。这些课题涉及哲学、经济学、科社、党史、党建、文史、图书馆学等学科。其中,既有针对重大现实问题的研究,又有基础性和对策性的研究。9月,科研部将课题申请书送交学术委员会各学科评审组评审。然后,在综合各方面意见的基础上,向学术委员会建议今年新设校级项目以20个为宜。
In May 1991, the Central Party School's research department issued a notice on the basis of the opinions of various subject experts. Teaching and research staff to declare very enthusiastic, the school declared a total of 77 subjects. These topics involve philosophy, economics, science clubs, history, party building, literature and history, library science and other disciplines. Among them, there are not only researches on major practical problems but also basic and countermeasure researches. In September, the Ministry of Science and Research sent the subject application to the academic committee for review by each subject evaluation group. Then, on the basis of comprehensively considering all aspects, it advises the academic committee that 20 new school-level projects should be set up this year.
