摘 要：单晶炉功率柜使用水冷电缆连接加热器电极，水冷电缆由中心的冷却水管、周围的导线、导线外橡胶管等组成，其内部热量较大，表面热量小，水缆内部热量由冷却循环水带走，必须杜绝发生由于水流不畅造成电极温度过高烧坏底板的安全事故，提高设备运行的可靠性；同时，水冷电缆相比普通电缆连接耗电指标高，随着光伏行业利润的挤压，节能至关重要，生产部门对单晶炉功率柜水冷电缆提出了节能改造的急迫要求。 关键词：单晶炉
