目的对辖区中心卫生院的院内感染管理现状进行督导、评估,提出改进措施,预防医院内感染的发生。方法按照卫生部及河南省卫生厅颁布的有关院内感染管理相关法律法规、行业规章,拟定一级医院院内感染管理标准,对辖区的13家乡镇卫生院进行督导评估。结果相关院内感染管理制度不健全,分管人员未参加专业培训,分别占69.23%和46.10%。对重复使用的无菌物品不能进行规范消毒、灭菌占76.80%。对一次性物品的使用管理不规范占92.00%。对医疗废物管理不规范占46.00%。结论健全组织,完善管理制度,对院职工制度化进行感染控制知识培训,做好日常消毒、灭菌效果的监测,常抓不懈地做好医院内感染管理工作。
Objective To supervise and assess the current situation of nosocomial infection management in the center health center and put forward the improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection. Methods According to the relevant laws and regulations and industry regulations on nosocomial infection management promulgated by the Ministry of Health and Henan Provincial Department of Health, the first-level hospital nosocomial infection management standards were formulated and the supervision and evaluation of 13 township hospitals in the area were conducted. Results Related hospital infection management system is not perfect, in charge of staff did not participate in professional training, accounting for 69.23% and 46.10%. On the repeated use of sterile goods can not be regulated disinfection, sterilization accounted for 76.80%. The use of one-time items of non-standard management accounted for 92.00%. Non-standard medical waste management accounted for 46.00%. Conclusion Sound organization, improve the management system, the hospital staff institutionalized infection control knowledge training, daily disinfection, sterilization effect monitoring, often make unremitting efforts to hospital infection management.
