我国经济发展进入新常态,现正处于经济结构调整和建立现代产业体系的关键时期,社会加大对高素质应用型人才需求。文章在了解广东经济发展新常态对高职物流人才需求的情况下,尝试采用因子分析的方法,构建服务区域经济发展的应用型人才培养的互动模型,提高人才培养质量,推动广东区域经济发展,实现人才培养和经济发展有机结合。文章对高职物流人才应具备的知识、技能和素质等进行分析,尝试引入“解决问题和创新能力”和“电子商务知识”等因素进行分析,具有一定的创新性。
China’s economic development has entered a new normal and is now in a crucial period of economic structural adjustment and the establishment of a modern industrial system. The society has stepped up its demand for high-quality applied talents. In order to understand the demand of logistics talents in higher vocational education from the new normal of economic development in Guangdong, this article tries to use the method of factor analysis to construct an interactive model of cultivating applied talents in service area economy development, enhance the quality of personnel training, promote the development of regional economy in Guangdong, Realize the organic combination of personnel training and economic development. The article analyzes the knowledge, skills and qualities that logistic talents should possess in higher vocational colleges, and attempts to introduce some factors such as “solving problems and innovation ability” and “e-commerce knowledge” and so on.
