本文对郑州客运段宫内放置节育器（戴环）的女列车员４１０人，进行了脱环和戴环妊娠情况调查，结果表明：女列车员脱环率２７．７％；戴环妊娠率１７．４％。对该人群在作业环境中全身振动强度测量（Ｘ向０．３３ｍｓ（－２），Ｙ向０．２５ｍｓ（－２），Ｚ向０．４７ｍｓ（－２），说明全身振动对宫内节育器的效果有一定的影响。
In this paper, there are 410 female members of the female train who placed the IUD (wear ring) in the passenger section of Zhengzhou City. The investigation of the de-looping and the wearing of the loop-ring pregnancy showed that: the rate of delamination of female conductor was 27.7%; 4%. Whole body vibration intensity measurement (0.33ms (-2) in X direction, 0.25ms (-2) in Y direction, and 0.47ms (-2) in Z direction were performed in the working environment. The effect has a certain impact.
