目的:探讨中药治疗帕金森病(PD)的作用和机制,观察银杏平颤方及其拆方对帕金森病(PD)模型小鼠行为学和形态学的影响。方法:应用MPTP制作PD小鼠模型。应用爬竿试验测试行为学变化和HE染色观察黑质和纹状体形态结构的变化。结果:(1)模型组行为学评分明显高于正常组(P<0.001);治疗14天、28天所有中药组行为学得分明显降低(P<0.001)。(2)HE染色显示脑组织形态结构改变也较明显,与行为学变化相应,但未进行统计学分析。结论:银杏平颤方及其拆方组能改善PD模型小鼠的行为学表现和影响黑质、纹状体的形态结构变化。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in Parkinson’s disease (PD), and to observe the effects of Ginkgo Pingqiao Fang and its decomposed prescriptions on behavior and morphology of Parkinson’s disease (PD) model mice. Methods: MPTP was used to make PD mouse models. The crawling test was used to test the behavioral changes and HE staining to observe the changes in the morphological structure of the substantia nigra and striatum. Results: (1) The behavioral scores of the model group were significantly higher than that of the normal group (P<0.001). The behavioral scores of all the Chinese medicine groups were significantly reduced on the 14th and 28th days of treatment (P<0.001). (2) HE staining showed that the morphological changes of the brain tissue were also obvious and corresponded to the behavioral changes, but there was no statistical analysis. Conclusion: Ginkgo Pingqiao Decoction and its decoction group can improve the behavioral manifestation of PD model mice and affect the morphological changes of the substantia nigra and striatum.
