本文介绍了新型的精益生产方式组织与管理的特点以及与传统的大批量生产方式的区别．并指出了精益生产方式在目前我国社会主义市场经济中对企业降低生产成本，提高产品质量，增强企业竞争能力和应变能力的重要作用和潜在优势。
This article describes the characteristics of the new lean manufacturing organization and management as well as the differences from the traditional mass-production methods. And points out the important role and potential advantages of lean production in reducing the production cost, improving product quality and enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of enterprises in the current socialist market economy in China.
