“拉美化”命题是目前中国学术界和企业界关注的热点,但对“拉美化”的定义出现了多样化,并没有产生一致认同的概念。在对“拉美化”的分析中存在着三种不同的观点第一种观点认为,新自由主义理论对拉美地区经济改革的误导可以解释为产生“拉美化”问题的原因所在;第二种观点认为,拉美国家政府治理的缺陷是“拉美化”问题产生的重要原因;第三种观点把“拉美化”问题归结为拉美文化中“民粹主义”的反映。一些中外学者把拉美情况同中国的情况做了比较分析,其中某些观点和建议值得借鉴。
The topic of “Latin Americanization” is currently a hot spot for Chinese academic and business circles. However, the definition of “Latin Americanization” has diversified and there is no concept of consensus. There are three different viewpoints in the analysis of “Latin Americanization.” The first view holds that the misleading guidance of neoliberalism on the economic reforms in Latin America can be interpreted as the reason for the “Latin Americanization.” The second viewpoint The third point is that “Latin Americanization” is attributed to the reflection of “populism” in Latin American culture. Some Chinese and foreign scholars have made a comparative analysis of the Latin American situation with that of China, and some of these opinions and suggestions are worth learning from.
