目前,电网调度运行与新能源并网面临如下挑战:大电网安全稳定运行压力日益增大;新能源并网对电网的影响;新能源发电与储能系统的协调运行;频发的自然灾害对电网运行影响;传统调度技术支持系统对智能电网运行支持能力不足。要应对挑战,我们需要建设新型的调度支持系统,提高电网运行的可观测性,丰富的电网监测功能,加强电网安全分析功能,加强风电功率预测的多时间尺度调度运行。
At present, the grid dispatching operation and new energy sources are confronted with the following challenges: the increasing pressure on the safe and stable operation of large power grids; the impact of new energy grids on power grids; the coordinated operation of new energy power generation and energy storage systems; the frequent natural disasters Grid operation; the traditional dispatching technical support system has insufficient support for smart grid operation and support. To meet the challenge, we need to build a new type of dispatch support system to improve the observability of grid operation, abundant grid monitoring functions, strengthen the power grid security analysis function, and strengthen the multi-time scale operation of wind power forecasting.
