安全生产对劳动者权益的保护、经济和社会的健康发展起着至关重要的作用。由于党和国家的重视,我国安全生产情况有所好转。但我国安全生产依然存在工伤保险制度不完善、监督管理体系不健全、生产事故责任追究制度存在缺陷等问题,生产事故并未完全杜绝。生产事故的发生不利于劳动者权益的保护,要有效遏制生产事故的发生,关键在于生产事故的防范,而劳动者的权益在生产活动中得到及时有效的维护,则有利于减少安全事故的发生。同时,在生产事故发生后,劳动者的权益如果得到及时有效的救济保护,对减少维护企业安全、社会稳定起到促进作用。
Safe production plays an important role in protecting the rights and interests of laborers and in the economic and social development. Due to the emphasis attached by the party and the country, the situation of production safety in our country has been somewhat improved. However, there still exist some problems such as imperfect industrial injury insurance system, imperfect supervision and management system and defective manufacturing accountability system in China's production safety. Production accidents have not been completely eliminated. The occurrence of production accidents is not conducive to the protection of workers' rights and interests. To effectively curb the occurrence of production accidents, the key lies in the prevention of production accidents, while the rights and interests of workers in the production activities are promptly and effectively maintained, it is conducive to reducing the occurrence of safety accidents . At the same time, if the rights and interests of laborers are promptly and effectively remedied and protected after the production accident occurs, they will play a catalytic role in reducing the maintenance of enterprise safety and social stability.
