社会转型期中,各种社会问题错综复杂。目前领导干部最为关注的热点、难点、焦点问题是什么?通过集体座谈、重点走访、问卷调查、资料搜集等方式,笔者归纳为九个方面:如何落实科学发展观,保持经济持续健康快速发展;如何理顺分配关系,缩小收入差距,解决社会公平;如何在社会大变革时期保持社会稳定;如何深化干部人事制度改革,提高选人用人科学性;如何统筹和践行做人之道、做事之理、做官之责;如何改进党的作风和形象,增强党的公信力和凝聚力;如何从我国实际出发,处理好党政关系;如何在社会转型期价值多元现状下推进观念整合;如何缓解干部心理压力,提高干部身心健康水平。
In the period of social transformation, various social problems are complicated. At present, what are the hot spots, difficulties and key issues that the leading cadres are most concerned about? Through the methods of collective discussion, key visits, questionnaires and data collection, the author summarizes the following nine aspects: how to implement the scientific concept of development and maintain a sustained, healthy and rapid economic development; How to rationalize the distribution of relations, narrow the income gap and solve social justice; how to maintain social stability during the great social reform; how to deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system and improve the scientificity of selecting and employing people; how to co-ordinate and practice the principles of being a human being and doing things , How to improve the style and image of the party, enhance the credibility and cohesion of the party, how to handle the relationship between the party and the government from the reality of our country, how to promote the conformity of ideas under the current situation of diversified values in the period of social transformation and how to ease the mentality of cadres Pressure, improve the physical and mental health of cadres.
