指出了森林资源是林业生产的物质基础,森林资源状况是衡量林业工作成效最重要的标志,必需加强对森林资源的管理与监督,建立科学有效的管理体系。基于此,分析了新疆森林资源管理工作存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。
It points out that forest resources are the material basis of forestry production. The status of forest resources is the most important indicator to measure the effectiveness of forestry work. It is necessary to strengthen the management and supervision of forest resources and establish a scientific and effective management system. Based on this, the existing problems of forest resources management in Xinjiang are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
