危机研究中心从政治学和公共行政视角出发对公共危机的诱因,应对过程和危机影响结果处理都进行了深入研究。本文旨在以莱顿大学为例反映荷兰公共危机研究领域的成果。文章以危机研究中心的研究为线索,将文献评述分为危机定义,特点及分类探究,危机管理的政治学,危机中领导力研究概述,体制危机,欧盟危机管理研究和危机研究方法等几部分。研究中收集了所有莱顿大学危机研究中心以及部分其他荷兰研究机构公共危机有关的英文文献,通过访谈确定了其中的核心文献,对其主要研究成果进行了重点回顾。
Crisis Research Center from the political science and public administration perspective of the causes of public crises, coping process and the crisis impact of the results have been conducted in-depth study. This article aims to take Leiden University as an example to reflect the results of Dutch public crisis research. The article takes the research of Crisis Research Center as the clue, divides the literary review into several parts such as definition of crisis, characteristic and classification, political science of crisis management, overview of research on leadership in crisis, institutional crisis, EU crisis management research and crisis research methods . The study collected all Leiden University Crisis Research Center and some other Dutch research institutions in the public crisis related to the English literature, interviewed to determine the core of the literature, the main findings of their research reviewed.
