据对泾河流域“2003·08”暴雨进行的调查,在此次暴雨中,水土保持措施发挥了重要的蓄水保土作用:20世纪80年代以后修建的梯田,其蓄水、保土效益分别是80年代以前梯田的1.63倍和1.40倍;人工林草当覆盖度大于40%时即有明显的蓄水保土效益,且效益随着覆盖度的增加而增加;淤地坝的蓄水拦沙作用显著。
According to a survey of “2003.08” heavy rainfall in the Jinghe River Basin, soil and water conservation measures played an important role in water and soil conservation during this torrential rain. The terraces built after the 1980s were characterized by water storage and soil conservation benefits Which are 1.63 times and 1.40 times that of the terraced fields before the 1980s respectively. When the coverage of artificial forest and grass is more than 40%, obvious benefits of water and soil conservation are obtained, and the benefits increase with the increase of coverage. Sand blocking effect is significant.
