在研究MOTOROLA公司的MC145026编码器时序的基础上,讨论了用ATMEL公司的FLASH存储器AT29C512实现符合MC145026编码规范的八通道编码器的方法;通过与微控制器连接能实现通道设备及控制模式的灵活选择,并且能够完成通道间编码控制同步与否的定义;对需要多通道编码控制的系统提供了一种有效途径。该编码器已在煤矿井下生产监控系统中应用,稳定可靠。
Based on the study of MOTOROLA’s MC145026 encoder timing, this paper discusses a method of implementing an eight-channel encoder complying with the MC145026 coding standard by using ATMEL FLASH memory AT29C512. By connecting with the microcontroller, the flexibility of channel equipment and control modes can be achieved Selection, and can complete the definition of synchronization between channel coding control; and provides an effective way for the system that needs multi-channel coding control. The encoder has been applied in coal mine production monitoring system, stable and reliable.
