目的评价植入型阿霉素释药装置对兔眼实验性PVR的防治效果。方法在玻璃体内注入成纤维细胞后分别植入空白装置,不植入/植入载药装置,观察牵引性视网膜脱离的发生情况。结果对照组,阿霉素释药装置组(PLA2万和3万)4周末时牵引性视网膜脱离的发生率分别为86.4%,36.4%和31.8%,阿霉素释药装置组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论睫状体平坦部植入生物降解性阿霉素眼内释药装置能够有效地减少牵引性视网膜脱离的发生。
Objective To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of implantable doxorubicin drug delivery device on rabbit experimental PVR. Methods After implantation of fibroblasts into the vitreous, blank devices were implanted. The implant devices were not implanted and implanted. The incidence of traction retinal detachment was observed. Results The rates of traumatic retinal detachment in the control group, doxorubicin-releasing device group (PLA2 and 30000) were 86.4%, 36.4% and 31.8% There were significant differences between the device group and the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Placement of the flat ciliary body with biodegradable doxorubicin intraocular drug delivery device can effectively reduce the occurrence of traumatic retinal detachment.
