当特种函数旋转变压器带负载时,输出绕组中出现的电流在气隙中建立的附加磁势,引起磁场分布畸变,导致函数精度显著下降。为此需用精确设计的正交绕组加以补偿。 本文导出了负载阻抗恒定情况下,为使附加磁势对函数精度的不利影响能够在规定的转子角位移范围内处处得到补偿,正交绕组在设计上应满足的条件。所得结论具有普遍意义,而普通正余弦函数旋转变压器可看成是其适用对象中的一种最简特例。
When a special function resolver with a load is applied, the additional magnetic potential created by the current appearing in the output winding in the air gap causes the magnetic field distribution to distort, resulting in a significant decrease in the function accuracy. This is compensated by precisely designed orthogonal windings. In this paper, the conditions that the quadrature winding should meet the design requirements are derived in order to make the negative influence of the additional magnetic potential on the accuracy of the function be compensated within the specified range of rotor angular displacement under the condition of constant load impedance. The conclusion is of universal significance, while the normal sine and cosine function resolver can be seen as one of the most practical examples of its application.
