彭真是我国社会主义法制的主要奠基人,他长期工作在我国的政法战线上。在领导和主持我国立法工作的过程中,彭真创造性地运用马列主义原理来分析和解决实际工作中的新问题,形成了独具特色的立法思想。从实际出发、注意保持法的体系的统一和协调、发扬民主,坚持走群众路线、吸收古今中外的有益经验和逐步完善法律是彭真在立法工作中一贯坚持的基本原则。这些原则在我国的立法工作中发挥了重要的作用。
Peng Zhen is the chief founder of China’s socialist legal system and has long been working on the political and legal front in our country. During the process of leading and presided over China’s legislative work, Peng Zhen creatively used the Marxist-Leninist principle to analyze and solve new problems in his practical work and formed his own unique legislative thought. From the reality, paying attention to the unity and coordination of the law system, promoting democracy, adhering to the mass line, absorbing the beneficial experience at all times and in all countries and gradually improving the law are the basic principles Peng Peng has consistently upheld in his legislative work. These principles have played an important role in our country’s legislative work.
