私人住宅Casa Kwantes坐落于荷兰鹿特丹市西面,建筑整个设计打破了传统“方盒子”的住宅外形,以流畅的曲面和贯通的动线,围绕着私密性、光照和起居空间最大化这3个方面展开。住宅临街部分为带有Celosia砖墙细部风格的外立面,墙体向内围合出一个开敞的南向庭院,面向庭院的部分为流线型的落地玻璃窗与玻璃幕墙。这样既满足了日照需求,同时也为业主带来了相对安静和私密的空间。
Located on the west side of the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Casa Kwantes breaks the traditional ’square box’ shape of the home with its smooth surface and through-going lines to maximize privacy, light and living space. 3 aspects. Facade part of the residential area with Celosia brick wall detail style facade, enclosing the walls inward to open an open courtyard to the south, the courtyard facing part of the streamlined floor to ceiling glass and glass curtain wall.
