分析了受淹中稻割穗再生高产的几个特点，据此提出了主攻再生芽萌发、提高成穗率等主要技术。
The characteristics of high yield of cuttings in middle flooded rice were analyzed. Based on the above analysis, the main techniques such as germination of regenerative buds and the rate of ear formation were proposed.
