现今国家经济实现了迅猛性发展,而经济市场也展现出较强的竞争力,企业存在于经济市场要想站稳脚跟,就需要一方面优化自身经营生产,另一方面也需要关注财务管理,可以说财务管理从企业内部着手,为企业内部管理能力提升起着重要的影响作用,一般财务管理具备较高水平的企业往往竞争能力更为强劲,由此可见财务管理对于一个企业稳定长足发展的重要意义,而对于企业内部中的日常财务管理而言则是建立在会计人员较高较强能力素质基础上,本文基于此就企业现今会计人员方面具体能力要求予以研究,然后探讨会计人员方面素质要求,最后就提升会计人员能力素质有效建议进行阐述,以期为后续关于会计人员方面的研究提供理论上的参考依据。
