在新常态下,我国经济既面临着各种挑战,同时也面临着不同的机遇。今年,行业内外部经济环境都呈现诸多变化,我国纺织产业转移也正孕育着全新的发展趋势。日前,中国纺织工业联合会副秘书长、中国纺织工业联合会产业转移办公室常务副主任杨峻在接受《纺织服装周刊》记者采访时表示,今年我国纺织产业转移呈现出多方面特点,一方面是产业转移承接的园区正处于稳步发展状态,并凭借自身的优势,走上特色发展之路;另一方面纺织产业转移已由单纯的产业位移发展为技术和装备的提升,提高了行业整体的实力。
