静脉皮瓣是Baek等于1985年提出的一个新型皮瓣。国内外研究尚未涉及静脉皮瓣成活能量之来源,因而未能区别出静脉皮瓣与其他一般皮瓣的不同,故大家均按一般皮瓣原则操作,以致时有成败而不知所以。本研究用实验兔171只,在每只兔胸腹部以胸腹壁浅静脉为轴形成4个相同面积的皮瓣,进行下列观察:(1)微循环显微镜下录相分析;(2)激光多普勒血流仪测定;(3)血管内灌注血管填充剂;(4)皮瓣成活面积测定;(5)皮瓣组织中乳酸脱氢酶同功酶测定。通过这些方法,全
Vein flap is a new type of skin flap proposed by Baek in 1985. Domestic and foreign research has not involved the source of the survival energy of venous flap, thus failing to distinguish the difference between the venous flap and other common flaps. Therefore, we all operate according to the principle of normal flaps, so that sometimes the success or failure is unknown. In this study, 171 rabbits were used in the experiment. Four flaps of the same area were formed on the thoracic-abdominal wall of each rabbit with the same axis as the superficial veins of the thoracic-abdominal wall.
