2012年6月25至7月6日,我有幸参加了由重庆市教委、市干训中心组织的“重庆市2012年基础教育高层次人才高级研修班”培训班赴香港、深圳两地考察学习,历时12天,听了10余场专家报告,实地考察了香港教育局,深圳综合开发研究院,香港田家炳中、小学,深圳南山区第二外国语学校等六所中小学,与局、院领导,学校校长、专家教师进行了广泛的对话和交流,感触很深。港深两地的基础教育,尤其是富有成效的课程改革、教育教学改革,给我留下了深刻的印象,促使我不断地反思,剖析自己的教学工作,使之跟上时代的步伐,为教育事业贡献一个骨干教师的智慧和力量。
From June 25 to July 6, 2012, I was fortunate enough to attend the “Chongqing Advanced Training Class for Basic Education High-level Personnel in 2012” organized by the Chongqing Education Commission and the Municipal Training Center to go to Hong Kong and Shenzhen During the study tour, which lasted 12 days, after hearing more than 10 expert reports, the delegation visited six primary and secondary schools, including the Bureau of Education of Hong Kong, the Shenzhen Institute of Comprehensive Development and Research, Hong Kong Tianjiabing Middle School, Shenzhen Nanshan Second Foreign Language School, , Hospital leaders, school principals, expert teachers conducted a wide range of dialogues and exchanges, deep feeling. Basic education in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, especially the fruitful curriculum reform and education reform, left a deep impression on me and prompted me to constantly reflect on and analyze my own teaching work to keep pace with the times. Education contributes to the wisdom and strength of a key teacher.
