肥城县牛山林场有林地14861亩,其中防护林10324亩,占69.5％,是以经营防护林为主的林场。该场自然条件、经济状况等在全省国营林场中有一定代表性,林场商品生产有了起步,但也存在一些问题值得探讨。现将调查结果介绍如下。一、存在的问题和出路(一)总支出超过总收入1979—1986年,该场的总收入以每年10％的速度递增,而总支出却以平均每年14％的速度递增,支出超过了收入的增加速度,1986年亏损额达95828元(总收入不含国家拨款)。自1981年林场每年的收支差额超过同期的国家拨款,依靠动用往年的积蓄来补偿亏损。
There are 14861 mu of forest land in Niushan Forest Farm of Feicheng County, including 10,324 mu of shelterbelts, accounting for 69.5% of the total. The park is mainly composed of shelterbelts. The natural conditions, economic conditions, etc. in the state-owned forest farms in the province have some representation, forest farm products have started, but there are also some issues worth exploring.
