燃烧与爆炸是化学动力学重要的研究对象,也是物理化学实验教学中必定涉及的领域,同时又可使学生受到安全方面的工程教育。但目前关于爆炸极限测定的工业标准和实际测试装置由于实验教学安全等方面的限制,不太适合于大面积基础实验教学,也不利于学生对爆炸极限概念的掌握。华东理工大学化学实验教学中心将科研成果转化为可燃性气体爆炸极限测定基础教学型实验,实验过程安全可控,实验装置小型化,易于搭建和移动,简明易懂,测定结果准确,经多年教学实践,取得了较好的教学效果。
Combustion and explosion are important research subjects of chemical kinetics, and are also the areas that must be involved in the experiment teaching of physical chemistry. At the same time, students can receive engineering education in safety. But at present, the industrial standards and practical test devices for measuring the explosion limit are not suitable for large-scale basic experimental teaching because of the limitations of experimental teaching and safety, nor are they conducive to students’ mastery of the concept of explosion limit. East China University of Chemical Experiment Teaching Center will be scientific research into flammable gas explosion limit determination of basic teaching experiment, the experimental process of safe and controllable, small experimental device, easy to set up and move, easy to understand, accurate measurement results, after years of teaching Practice, and achieved good teaching results.
