近些年来我国中学教育实践领域出现了应试教育质量评价与素质教育质量评价严重冲突的问题。要解决现有的中学教育质量评价冲突,就必须建立以促进学生综合素质发展为目标的新的中学教育质量评价机制。对于这个问题,笔者想从新的中学教育质量评价机制的内涵、特点、建立的步骤三个方面谈一点自己的思考。
In recent years, there has been a serious conflict between the evaluation of exam-oriented education quality and the quality evaluation of quality education in the field of secondary education in our country. To solve the existing secondary school education quality evaluation conflict, we must establish a new middle school education quality evaluation mechanism aimed at promoting the development of students’ overall quality. For this problem, I would like to talk about my thinking from the three aspects of the connotation, characteristics and steps of establishing a new secondary education quality evaluation system.
