加工大面积工件时,我厂原来是采用宽刃刀精刨。由于刀具磨损严重,使加工表面的光洁度,前后不一致,难以达到▽▽▽7的要求。而且,宽刃刀具的刃磨要求较高,加工时对刀亦较困难。因此加工大面积工件,特别是低碳钢工件,就成为我厂的技术关键。为了突破这一关键,在厂领导的主持下,组织了老工人、技术人员,研究解决办法。在毛泽东思想指导下,钳工老师傅发扬了敢想敢干与实事求是的科学态度相结合的精神,结合了滚压与剃削的优点,大胆提出
