从理论分析入手,推导出水平离心铸造转速与铁水压头之间的关系式;给出了风冷缸套水平离心铸造的铁水压头经验数据,通过实践验证了公式的适用性。
Starting from the theoretical analysis, the relationship between the horizontal centrifugal casting speed and the hot metal pressure head is deduced. The empirical data of the hot metal pressure head for horizontal centrifugal casting of the air-cooled liner is given, and the applicability of the formula is verified through practice.
