本文测定了第1~7天急性心肌梗塞患者红细胞磷脂主要组分含量。结果表明:急性心肌梗塞患者红细胞膜的神经鞘磷脂含量较正常人明显增高;磷脂酰胆硷、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰乙醇胺含量却较正常人明显降低。这说明急性心肌梗塞患者存在红细胞磷脂代谢紊乱,这对心肌缺血的加重可能产生不良影响。
This article measured the first to 7 days of acute myocardial infarction in patients with erythrocyte phospholipid content. The results showed that the content of sphingomyelin in erythrocyte membrane in patients with acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher than that in normal people. The content of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine in patients with acute myocardial infarction was significantly lower than that in normal people. This shows that patients with acute myocardial infarction erythrocyte phospholipid metabolism disorders, which may have a negative impact on myocardial ischemia increased.
