近年来,关于空气中酚的测定多采用米龙试剂法、重氮化对硝基苯胺法、4-氨基安替比林法以及重氮化对氨基苯磺酸法等进行比色测定。根据我们的实践体会,认为上述几种测定方法:有的所需试剂种类较多如对氨基苯磺酸法;也有的灵敏度较低如米龙试剂法等。为此,我们试用2,6-双溴苯醌氯酰亚胺光电比色法测定空气中酚的含量,发现这一方法的灵敏性比较理想,所需试剂的种类亦较少,且可简化操作手续。兹将此
