1993年12月20日美国国家半导体公司宣布推出3款IC,即LP2975低电压失效控制器和LM2662,LM2663充电泵变压器。 LP2975驱动器/控制器专为配合任何外置式P通道MOSFET芯片而设计,可精简高电流低电压失效稳压器的设计,为移动型电话以至便携式条码扫描器等以电池供电的应用方案提供稳压环境,误差只在电池电压的数十毫伏范围内。LP2975芯片有12V、5V和3.3V三种不同版本可供选择,电压准确度为1.5%和2.5%两种。
