Huasheng Electric Fan Factory was established in 1980. It is a group of companies jointly organized by 12 national and collective ownership enterprises in the Shanghai Second Light System under the principle of brand-name products and professional cooperation. After the establishment of the group, it exerted group advantages and liberated the productive forces, but the production and operation system based on the product economic model also exposed contradictions and defects with the development of planned commodity economy.
