根据食品卫生法的规定,对从事饮食业人员每年必须进行粪检.现将我站1988~1997年粪检的痢疾杆菌资料报告如下.1 材料与方法用无菌肛拭子采取粪便标本,接种于GN增菌液内,37℃培养6~8h,分离SS平板,按志贺氏菌属常规方法进行鉴定.志贺氏菌属诊断血清为卫生部成都生物制品研究所生产,在有效期内使用.肠杆菌科分属诊断噬菌体由江西省卫生防疫站提供,所用培养基均为山东省卫生防疫站生产半成品,按说明配制使用.2 结果2.1 1988~1997年痢疾杆菌检出情况:10年共检测标本91 635份,检出痢疾杆菌25株,检出率为2.73/万.
