使用新的或大修后的拖拉机,必须进行磨合试运转,否则,使用寿命会降低。拖拉机的磨合,分为发动机无负荷运转,拖拉机空行运转和负荷运转三个阶段。每个阶段磨合时间和负荷运转中的负荷大小等,均应按使用说明书规定进行;每一阶段的磨合、注意事项等,也应有所侧重。发动机无负荷运转:运转中,重点检查发动机在各种转速下的稳定性及其运转情况。注意倾听,观察运转声音、排气颜色、各仪表读数和检查排除“三漏”。
