目的观察氯胺酮(K)单用及与它药合用对血浆心钠素(ANP)、醛固酮(A)浓度的影响。方法腹腔注射给药,待小鼠翻正反射消失后1min断头取血,放免法测定ANP和A。结果K组ANP、A显著高于NS组(P<0.01)。在ANP,K+可乐定组高于K组(P<0.01);K+普鲁卡因组低于K组(P<0.01)而与NS组接近(P>0.05);K+吗啡组、K+安定组、K+羟丁酸钠组和K+依托咪酯组均与K组相似(P>0.05)。在A,各合用药组均高于NS组(P<0.01,P<0.05)而低于K组,但K+普鲁卡因组、K+依托咪酯组与K的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论K可升高小鼠血浆ANP、A浓度,合用药物多可改变这一效应
Objective To observe the effect of Ketamine (K) alone and in combination with it on plasma ANP and aldosterone (A) concentrations. Method of intraperitoneal injection, until the mouse righting reflex disappeared 1min after decapitation bleeding, radioimmunoassay ANP and A determination. Results The ANP and A in group K were significantly higher than those in group NS (P <0.01). Compared with K group, K + procaine group was lower than K group (P <0.01) and close to NS group (P> 0.05) The morphine group, K + diazepam group, K + hydroxybutyrate group and K + etomidate group were similar to K group (P> 0.05). In A group, the combined medicine group was higher than NS group (P <0.01, P <0.05) and lower than K group, but K + procaine group, K + etomidate group and K was no statistical difference Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion K can increase plasma ANP, A concentration, combined with more drugs can change this effect
