云南省自2008年开始实施大学生村官计划,旨在优化农村基层干部队伍结构,充实社会主义新农村建设人才力量。本文在昆明五华区和大理鹤庆县实地调研的基础上,较为全面地对大学生村官计划开展现状进行了分析,并就计划实施过程中存在的问题提出了政策建议,以期回应理论上和现实中存在的问题,为云南省大学生村官计划的发展提供参考。
Since 2008, Yunnan Province has implemented a program of college graduate village officers aimed at optimizing the structure of grassroots cadres in rural areas and enriching the talents in building a new socialist countryside. Based on the field investigation in Wuhua District of Kunming and Heqing County of Dali, this paper analyzes the status quo of university student village official more comprehensively and puts forward the policy suggestions on the problems existing in the implementation of the plan so as to respond to the theoretical and The problems in reality provide a reference for the development of college graduate village official scheme in Yunnan province.
