北京市曾做过一个调查,随机选择了10个托儿所和幼儿园,结果发现:很多全托的宝宝营养不良。这样的结果让很多儿童营养学专家都感到吃惊,因为国内托儿所、幼儿园的宝宝配餐标准是由许多专家共同研究制定的,一般托儿所、幼儿园的配餐都是在参照这个标准的基础上做了适度调整而已。按道理说,孩子们的配餐虽然做不到量身定做,但也基本上不会有太大偏差。全国儿童营养喂养协作组组长、亚洲儿科营养联盟主席、中国医师协会儿童健康专业委员会主任委员丁宗一指出:“这主要是因为在进餐时没有积极的营养行为和营养气氛所造成!”
