针对某钢厂张力减径机的锥齿轮换向器在工作中出现的齿轮与轴承高温烧伤问题,对锥齿轮换向器进行热平衡分析。根据热网络法建立热网络模型;给出热源功率、对流换热热阻及对流换热系数的计算模型;根据热网络模型,通过AMEsim建立了传热网络计算模型并进行计算,获得了锥齿轮换向器传动系统的的稳态温度场分布;并通过建立空载试验台对计算模型正确性进行验证。结果证明了换向器在极限工况下的可靠性,并根据其温度场分布对装配提出一些建议;在空载工况下试验结果与计算结果较为一致,验证了计算模型的正确性。
Aiming at the problem of high temperature burns of gear and bearing appearing in the work of the bevel gear commutator of a stretch reducer of a steel mill, the thermal balance of the bevel gear commutator is analyzed. According to the thermal network method, the thermal network model was established. The calculation models of the heat source power, the convective heat transfer resistance and the convective heat transfer coefficient were given. According to the thermal network model, the heat transfer network calculation model was established and calculated by AMEsim. The steady-state temperature field distribution of the commutator drive system is established; and the correctness of the calculation model is verified through the establishment of a no-load test rig. The result proves the reliability of the commutator under the limit condition and makes some suggestions on the assembly according to its temperature field distribution. The test results are in good agreement with the calculated results under no-load condition, which verifies the correctness of the calculation model.
