子宫内膜异位于膀胱较为罕见。为了积累资料,现将我院手术后经病理证实的一例报告如下患者:女、22岁,工人,1984年3月15日因周期性血尿、下腹疼四年,以“膀胱尿道综合症”入院治疗。膀胱镜检查:膀胱后壁有大、小不等的不规则囊状肿物,直径大者约2.5cm,小者约0.5cm,色青紫,周围有充血及曲张的血管。尿常规化验有大量红血细胞,少许脓球。诊断为:“膀胱肿瘤”。在硬膜外
