广州南沙区存在较厚淤泥层,基岩为花岗岩,二者物理力学性质差别较大,给基坑设计与施工带来了一定的难度。南沙中心医院二期后续基坑项目临近山体,地层起伏较大,根据地质特点和基坑深度、形状和周边环境等采取了多种支护方式,并针对软土和岩层的施工采取有效技术措施,配合信息化施工,使基坑施工获得成功,对类似深基坑项目有一定参考作用。
