在认真学习赵紫阳同志在党的十三大的报告和国务院批转的《国家教育委员会关于改革和发展成人教育的决定》,探讨如何在“社会主义初级阶段”理论的指导下,做好改革和发展成人教育工作的时候,本刊记者走访了北京市成人教育局几个业务处,请他们谈谈自己的想法。他们谈了,但一再声言这些想法很不象样子,很不成熟。这些想法也许真是“很不成熟”,但只要是有益于改革和发展的探索,就会有参考价值。谨以此奉献给读者,算是新年的一点小礼物。
