根据目前电子商务企业迫切希望提高竞争力的现状,对电子商务中物流配送这一环节设计了一个顾客满意度评价系统。评价体系中主要采用模糊数学方法量化指标,结合顾客赋权和层次分析等方法确定顾客意愿,对顾客满意度评价系统做了系统分析和主要功能设计。
According to the e-commerce enterprises are eager to enhance the competitiveness of the status quo, this part of the e-commerce logistics and distribution designed a customer satisfaction evaluation system. The evaluation system mainly uses the fuzzy mathematics method to quantify the index, and combines customer empowerment and analytic hierarchy to determine the customer’s intention, and makes a systematic analysis and main function design of the customer satisfaction evaluation system.
