在市场经济发展的大环境中,电力企业迅速发展,成为我国国民经济支柱行业。人力资源管理是电力企业提升自我核心竞争力的关键因素,而绩效管理是提升人力资源管理质量的重要途径。实施全员绩效管理,能提升电力企业人力资源工作的规范性,对电力企业良性发展具有积极的作用。笔者先对全员绩效管理进行简单的介绍,然后分析目前企业绩效管理中存在的问题,最后提出有效的全员绩效管理策略,以期能给相关人员提供些参考。
In the environment of market economy development, power enterprises developed rapidly and became the pillar industries of our national economy. Human resource management is the key factor for power companies to enhance their own core competitiveness, and performance management is an important way to improve the quality of human resource management. The implementation of full performance management can enhance the normative nature of human resources in power enterprises and play a positive role in the sound development of power enterprises. The author first introduces the staff performance management briefly, and then analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise performance management. Finally, it proposes an effective staff performance management strategy in order to provide some references for the staffs concerned.
