在安徽凤台县毛集镇,最具有影响力的人物恐怕就要数该镇两届全国人大代表、镇长朱咸来了。这不仅因为朱咸来是全省乃至全国都有名气的农民企业家而富裕一方,更因为他兴办企业富裕起来之后,带领全镇走共同富裕的路子,使多年来一直在贫穷边缘徘徊的毛集镇一举摆脱掉贫困落后的帽子,并于1994年7月被批准为“国家社会发展综合实验区”。朱咸来由村长被直接提升为毛集镇镇长。连续两届被选为全国人大代表,并被聘为建设部村镇建设顾问。几年来,他先后受到国家主席江泽民、中央政治局常委胡锦涛、安徽省委书记卢荣景的会见,并同他们亲切握手。这三次握手的情景,朱咸来是一辈子也忘不掉的。
